Ravindra Jadeja became the captain of Chennai Super kings in Tata Ipl 2022. Ms Dhoni just announced that he will not be captaining in Ipl anymore as he sees Ravindra Jadeja as his successor for CSK

MSD will continue to play as a regular player for this season for CSK. Mahi won the Ipl trophy in his last match as captain. Last year’s winner Chennai Super Kings will be playing under new captain Ravindra Jadeja in their first match against Kolkata Knight Riders where Shreyash Iyer is going to take charge for the first time also. These will be fantastic to watch as both the new captains would like to grab their first point for the team.

Though MS is not the Captain but his presence and experience will definitely have some effect to the opposition.

Pujara to play for this New team

Cheteshwar Pujara who is decently dropped from Indian Cricket team in the series agaisnt Sri Lanka can be seen playing on English Soil in the coming summer. He joined Sussex Cricket for this season for a replacement of Travis Head. As reported Travis Head requested to be released from his contract due to increased international commitmnets along with that he and his partner are expecting their first child soon.

Cheteshwar Pujara was among three senior member along with Ajinkya Rahane and Wriddhiman Saha who is recently dropped from the Indian team and also downgraded in their central by BCCI. After going unsold in the IPL auction 2022 he has been bagged by Sussex cricket. He Would Like to score some runs to get into the selector’s eye again. Before Joining Sussex he has also played for Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Nottinghampshire in county cricket where he performed decently.

Virat kohli Back as RCB captain?

After the recent video posted by Royal challengers Bangalore in their Instagram the rumours are going crazy. Wheather the Bangalore Boy Virat kohli will be back again as RCB captain? Whereas all the team already announced their captain for the Tata Ipl 2022 Rcb is yet to announce and they are looking to give something special to fans on 12th March. It is needed to mention that Virat kohli was picked by RCB in their first inaugration season and since then they(RCB) have service of the modern day’s great.

Back in late September Virat Kohli announced that he will not be captaining RCB from the next season but he wants to play for RCB. And RCB ratained their best talent before Ipl mega auction. Though they are couple of captaincy choices available in form of Faf Duplesis , Glenn Maxwell, Dinesh Karthik but It seems to be that fans might get what they have wanted. A lot of things happened with virat kohli since the last ipl ended. He announced that he wants to leave captaincy of India in T20 format but to continue in other formats. But later after the world cup BCCI sacked him as ODI captain to leaving him with the option to captain only in the red ball. A lot of controversy was made. And Virat left test captaincy too. Now as he is playing for India as a full time batsman only and not having any captaincy pressure. We might see him back once again to lead his RCB team.

Jadeja become No 1

Ravindra Jadeja who just made his international comeback after the injury slammed a Big century against Srilanka in the first match of the series regained the No 1 test allrounder ranking. He scored 175 not out off 228 balls including 17 fours and 3 sixes in the 1st innings of the match, Not only his contribution came with bat he was also the highest wicket taker of the match taking 9 wickets in 2 innings. Ravindra Jadeja is an Asset allrounder for India and performing exceptionally well with bat and Ball for a long time which is the reason that he is no 1 in the recently updated ICC ranking.

Ravindra Jadeja was an under 19 prospect for India. He was one of the key performar of Kohli led India u19 team who won the Under 19 world cup in 2008. He was selected for the limited overs cricket in 2009 but got the first test cap in the year 2012. Since then he was performing with bat and ball. Though his batting performance was not so great early in his carrier but since last 4 years he is been fantastic with both the department. And his fielding skills are best in the world. Since his debut he has played 58 test for India scoring 2370 runs with an average of 36+ and with the red ball he took 241 wickets with an average of 24 including 10 Fifers.

Along with that his team mate Ravichandran ashwin ramains at No 3 with 347 points in this ranking. Jason Holder slipped to No 2nd spot with 382 points.

West Indies were unable to take advantage of the 1st session success. England were 57-4 in 1st session. Stokes and Bairstow look to take england to a good position before Stokes (36 of 95 balls, 4 fours) bowled out to Jayden Seales. Wicket Keeper Batsman Ben Foakes came to join hands with Bairstow and Added valuable 42(87) runs to their 99 runs partnership. Bairstow completed his solid century in the 78th over of the match and looking good at 109* (216 balls , 17 fours). Chris woakes is also looking good while contributing 24 runs to the 54 run partnership before the end of last session. England will definitely eyeing this partnership if they wants to score 350+ in the next days play.

England in deep trouble in the 1st session of day 1. After winning the toss england decided to bat first. they lost their debutant opener Alex Lees for just 4 (9) runs to Kemar Roach in the 3rd over of the match. In the next over another opener Zak crawley ( 8 off 11) got out to Jayden Seales. Captain Joe Root along with Daniel Lawrence tried to build up the innings but their plan was cut short by Kemar Roach in the 9th over of the match. Roach got his 2nd in form of Joe Root For just 13(14) runs. In form All rounder Jason Holder joins the party by getting out Lawrence 20(38). Before going to lunch Jonny Bairstow(5*) and Ben Stokes(5*) are looking to build up a good partnership. England were 57-4 in 24 overs in the first session of day 1.
